Now Hiring a Marketing and Communication Specialist and Occupational health marketer.
The Marketing & Communications Specialist will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer to enhance the organization’s brand and increase patient engagement. Seeking a candidate with healthcare experience, especially in the areas of occupational medicine and workers compensation. Areas of focus will be internal and external communications and content, promotions, advertising, marketing and community events. The ideal candidate would be able to handle direct customer relations and B2B sales.
Essential Responsibilities
- Generate, write, edit, publish, and share content via website, social media pages, internal news communications
- Assist in designing promotional brochures and flyers
- Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates
- Demonstrated ability to close deals that lead to increased business.
- Work with leadership and affiliate groups to curate valuable content
- Assist with social media presence and engagement
- Assist with planning and execution of community events and engagement
- Gather patient feedback to inform strategic plan
- Track ROI for marketing campaigns
- Collaborates with leadership and clinical team to develop annual and short term marketing & business development plans that promote growth.

- Proven experience in social media marketing
- Familiarity with web development
- Knowledge of website analytics and SEO
- Familiarity/knowledge with graphic design and video shooting/editing a plus
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and/or Photoshop preferred
