At MyHealth Urgent Care Clinic, we offer affordable sports physicals at our walk-in clinic with no appointment needed. We’re open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily, thus providing a way for families to get the health care they need when it’s most convenient for them.
Your sports physical at our Urgent Care will be conducted by a board-certified physician or certified physician’s assistant. You’ll be asked to fill out a health form and questionnaire, and your doctor will discuss your child’s medical history, including any past illnesses and injuries. Our friendly medical team will record your child’s height and weight and check vital signs. Then your doctor will conduct a physical exam.

Our Occupational Health Services are uniquely tailored to meet the specific needs of employers and employees in ways that balance compassionate employee health care with fast and efficient return to work.
We have licensed medical examiners on staff to perform the required physical examination. We will ensure you’re able to safely drive a commercial vehicle. If you pass the physical exam, we can sign your medical certificate on the spot.

The examination must be done by a doctor who is designated by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
